Can we meet before we book you for our wedding?
Of course — we love meeting new people and actually prefer answering your questions face to face. It’s the best way to see if we’re the right fit for each other and to start building the connection that makes every film personal.
We know life moves fast, and your time matters. So before we meet, just send us a quick email with your preferred package, date, venue, and a little bit about yourselves. That way, we can make the most of our conversation and dive right into what matters.
What’s the difference between your films and a “typical” wedding video?
Most wedding videos tend to follow a familiar formula — slow motion, soft music, and a highlight reel of expected moments. We take a different approach. For us, the real work begins long before the wedding day. We invest time in getting to know you, understanding your story, and feeling the energy between you as a couple. Through pre-wedding calls, additional shoot days, and thoughtful planning, we build the foundation for something more intentional. While we do follow the day as it naturally unfolds, every shot we capture is grounded in purpose. The result is a film that doesn’t just show what happened — it captures how it felt
What is the delivery time for a wedding film?
Our full wedding films are typically delivered within 7 to 9 weeks after the wedding. You’ll receive your wedding shorts within 4 weeks, and at least one short cinematic piece will be delivered within 48 hours — perfect for reliving the emotion while it’s still fresh.
If you’re looking for a faster turnaround, we also offer an express delivery option as an additional service, with your full film ready within 30 days.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. We love discovering new places, meeting new people, and capturing stories in unique settings. Whether it’s a mountaintop elopement or a city wedding abroad, we’re always up for the journey — so let us know where your story will be told.
What’s your booking process?
It all starts with a meeting to see if we’re the right fit for each other – for us, that connection matters just as much as the final film. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll secure your date with a 30% upfront payment (plus travel & accomodation costs) based on your chosen package.
Next, we’ll schedule at least one call to get to know you better and start shaping the narrative of your film. You’ll also receive a short form where you can share important details, style preferences, and anything else that helps us understand your day on a deeper level. In the final week before the wedding, we’ll check in to make sure everything is clear and in place.
The final payment can be made on the wedding day or in the days that follow – whichever works best for you.
Do you offer photography as well?
We don’t offer photography directly, but over time we’ve built strong relationships with several photographers whose work we trust and respect. We’re happy to recommend options based on your style and needs. One team we’ve collaborated with often is Best Men Weddings, and we’d be glad to connect you.
Can we request specific shots or scenes?
Absolutely. We’re always open to your ideas and love when couples share personal touches they’d like captured. While we’ll do everything we can to include your requests, weddings tend to unfold in unpredictable ways — so flexibility is key. Our focus is always on telling the most honest, beautiful version of your day, and we’ll work closely with you to make sure your vision is part of that story.
We’re not comfortable in front of the camera — is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of the couples we work with say the same thing at first. Our approach is natural, relaxed, and mostly observational – we don’t stage much, and we’re never in your face. We focus on capturing real moments as they happen, not turning your day into a film set. By the time the camera’s rolling, you’ll barely notice we’re there – and that’s exactly how we like it.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, absolutely. If you have a specific vision or unique plans in mind, we’re always open to tailoring our offer. Whether your wedding spans multiple countries or you’re planning something outside the ordinary, we’re here to make it work.
